80/20
Pros: Great community, Working remove with a lot of ideation opportunities = job flexibility Projects to expand roles happen often. | Cons: Upper management needs to listen to its employees so it can turn a profit. Pay is low for the workload. Information overload with too many boxes to check Communication gets a D grade.

Yikes
Pros: Most people are nice, opportunity for growth if you are willing to work for it and suck up to the right people! | Cons: Marketing leadership operates with absolutely zero morals and zero knowledge of the product. Self-serving decision making at every turn. But they are highly skilled at running the company into the ground. Kudos to that.

Wonderful Company and Culture
Pros: Persona is a fast paced environment with endless opportunities to pursue your passions and individual skill set. | Cons: You may have to work weekends, which isn’t necessarily a con! They just made me put something here

Typical Nestlé business.
Pros: Shift gets you home early | Cons: Fly by the seat of your pants attitude with every idea management comes up with being crammed down your throat, poor communication, poor understanding of target demographic, inability to provide steady work followed by periods of “crunch time”, poor quality pills, “Boys club” management style that shields upper management, reactionary way of addressing safety issues causes avoidable accidents/injuries, random layoffs that seem to target higher paid workers.

Great values but wrong trojectory
Pros: These are some of the most passionate people I have worked with and we all thrive for very similar goals which is the health of our customers and clients. There's a lot of opportunity for growth and trying new positions because people are moving all the time. | Cons: With continual changes, I feel they're not always the best decisions in terms of customer retention. The company rolled out you must call to cancel the policy and it's angered a lot of customers, but corporate isn't the one getting the wrath.

Communication Issues
Pros: A lot of smart, caring people work there. Everyone seems to be excited to work together. Accepting of the virtual work environment. Seems like the CEO is a nice guy and cares about every employee. | Cons: No management training. Management wasn't hands-on enough to help newer employees with projects they have never been participated in. Blamed new employees and did not blame their lack of care/attention to training the employee. Some managers didn't want to set their employees up for success. No communication or review process. No clear schedule for employees. Employees expected to be glued to their computer and phone all day, although they are told they should take time for lunch and breaks. Lack of understanding.

Abusing trust
Pros: There is no pros at all. No communication within departments, things they said are not aligned. | Cons: - Poor communication within departments - Do not deliver as promised - Like to do verbal promises but change in written emails - Avoid emails till you do follow-ups.
