Pros: I have been looking for a workplace that I can call my home away from home for a very long time and I have finally found it with Exclusively Remote. What an amazing and wonderful team and boss to work with. Everyone is so supportive and communicative. If there is a problem we talk to each other about it and sort it out. No fights, no office politics of any kind. Just one big happy family who are always there for one another and always willing to jump in and help one another whether it is a part of their job or not. And the big bonus is that I get to do all of this from the comfort of my home and save money on fuel and have less stress because I don't have to sit in traffic every morning and evening trying to get to to work on time or back home. | Cons: I have absolutely no cons to working here. However some people may find it a big adjustment to work US hours. I'm more of a night owl anyway so I love it.

Pros: The salary is much better than that of working for SA companies even though you do not get paid in dollars. The work life balance is great | Cons: I have not experienced any cons with this company

They make more off your hourly rate than you do.

Pros: None at all, would not recommend. | Cons: They take two thirds of your hourly rate paid by their clients for you and you work way more than the advertised 8 hours a day. To make matters worse they do absolutely nothing for the money that they take for your hard work, not even payslips are given on time.
