Great, Fun
Pros: My experience during on my 1 month training in smiles is very exciting, I have a lot of fun with my team mates and the management, the Tl's is very accommodating and willing to share their knowledge and ideas to us newbies. | Cons: Cons my everyday travel at night and as I wasendorse to prod my asthma got triggered and it caused me to have a multiple absences, due to my body was adjusting to everyday travels and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes from ours to the the site.

The team is very responsible, and management cares about employees' well-being. You'll love working at Smiles even more once you join. | Cons: There are things to improve but it's reasonable enough.
