Great experience
We have been working with We Are Working, specifically Andrea Paulse-de Wet, for over six months and they have been absolutely incredible. FAR beyond our expectations for a virtual assistant team, they have transformed our work processes, fully taken over most of our repeatable tasks, and made our work more cost effective and efficient. Great Place to diversify your portfolio
Pros: - Flexible schedule - Decent Pay - The management listens to new ideas and implements them as well. - There is always something new to learn | Cons: - Constant monitoring through an activity based software - Fractional work (you don't have a set schedule)

You'll be very happy you did!
I've worked with WAW for several months now, and I'm so incredibly grateful for the support they provide! My work requires my assistant to provide support across a wide variety of fairly nuanced and unique tasks. WAW has built clear workflows and my assistant has been nothing short of spectacular, closely tracking and executing across clients and across projects. Great Choice

The partnership has been good as they learn about our business and what we need beyond. As a long time "old school" business…
As a long time "old school" business professional I was very skeptical about working with a virtual assistant, Marwa at We are Working turned all my skepticism around...working with Marwa and her team has been nothing short of wonderful. Biggest regret? Not having made this decision sooner
I had been debating hiring a VA for years now and never really knew where to look or what questions to ask when vetting a company. From the first meeting to discuss my needs, all the way through to the day to day tasks, I have felt like a valued partner through the entire process. Nomair has been a fantastic person to work with and his help has added revenue to my bank account, and hours back onto my clock every day. Objectively I have a higher-level task load that I was concerned wouldn't be able to be replicated even at all, but Nomair has proven himself to be not only a helpful team member, but an asset to my business. I initially wanted to use the cheapest service I could find but after only a week or two I realized I made the right choice and would make the same choice again in a heartbeat. Pierre and Marwa have been the epitome of professional and have been easy to contact if any questions or concerns were to arise. I own multiple businesses and I plan to use WaWto provide many assistants for me from here on out.

A great place to work
Pros: I have been with We Are Working for almost 3 years and it has honestly been a great experience. This was my second remote job after getting the axe in a downsizing exercise from my previous remote job. Ever since signing on I've been treated with respect by my direct supervisors and the support staff. Any administrative problems I may have are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. While it is not one of the top paying jobs, the work environment is certainly top of the line. You get all the benefits of being on a small team where everyone feels like an integral part of the unit, so you don't just feel like another statistic. I even had a chance to speak with the CEO directly in a 1 on 1 where he called me personally and offered a salary raise. There is a level of flexibility to the hours you work, but there is alot of opportunity to carve out a nice work/home balance, made even better since the positions are remote. | Cons: Not all processes are completely streamlined as it is not a huge commercial company, but issues are rare and any that arise are dealt with swiftly.

We Are Working has been good for me
Working with We Are Working has been good for my business and has been different than working with any other VA or in-house assistant I've had. A couple things really set them apart. They have a systematic approach to learning the job, and they write my standard operating procedures, so (1) I don't have to write them, and (2) that by itself systematizes the job. So my VA can refer back to the SOPs if there is something he hasn't done for awhile and get refreshed about how to do it. And they use the SOPs to train a back-up for me, in case my regular VA is out. And training the back-up is a unique practice that I haven't seen elsewhere, which I really appreciate. It gives me assurance that the work will still get done if my VA is sick or on vacation. Something else that sets them apart is they take on the work of managing my VA. They monitor the work getting done to make sure it's getting done and to identify and address any issues that might arise before something becomes a problem. I like that because it takes a lot of management off me. Of course, I also manage my VA, but I know they are there handling it in the background, too. (For any attorneys reading this, I'm an attorney, and they signed a confidentiality agreement when I started working with them.) They have been very accomodating of my needs and I have recommended them to a few of my colleagues.
