Great customer enquiries for keeping you updated.
Saw a couple of well reduced items in store. Went in and enquired and 5 minutes later they are mine. Wardrobe and 6 drawer chest of drawers. Made ready for delivery. No pressure from sales people. Date arranged for delivery and arrived at arrange time by really helpful guys who placed them exactly where asked. Would definitely recommend this company for sales and delivery and up to date information.

Ordered a super king adjustable bed…
Ordered a super king adjustable bed from Archers.. Answered all my questions before hand ordered on Fri and delivered by AIT on Tues... We chose not to have the install but super easy to put together.. Bed is great fabulous service from Archers and from the lads who delivered from AIT.. Great xx

Although the service I received when…
Although the service I received when visiting the branch was good, when it came to actually delivering the goods, I was very disappointed. The chest of drawers came in damaged packaging and the actual product was damaged. I then contacted Archers to get a replacement which took weeks to deliver. They attempted to deliver but delivered to the wrong address so I had to reschedule 2nd attempt. When it came to the delivery date, I asked if the replacement product could be unpackaged so I could check it wasn't damaged but was told it wasn't part of their service. Honestly not what I call customer service. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from here, certainly if you are wanting delivery to the south coast of England.

Andrew Gulbis in the Ayr store was nothing short of 10/10. Excellent customer service and excellent knowledge to suit our needs. Went for a walk with our new born had a little nosey and came back with a new bed ordered. Went above and beyond for us to get best delivery and suit our needs to a T. Highly highly recommended visiting the store and trying the fantastic products along with stellar customer service from Andrew.

Cairns was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was particularly attentive and patient with my Gran's mobility needs and deafness and tailored his support brilliantly. I'm confident that we found a mattress and base that will give her a lot of comfort and help maintain her independence with electric ottoman.
