Great on-site tech repair service

Our fiber optic cable was accidentally cut by another company when digging nearby. The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did his job with no problems and cleaned up the work area.

Don't be mean to people. Don't talk over them.

I had a conversation with Meggan today. She was very hateful. I was told by 2 people that I could have 20.00 loyalty discount and it would last for a year. When Meggan got mad because I said thank you for calling me back. She was suppose to call me back if we got disconnected. When i talked to her on 11-20-2025. She called me back and that was when she got hateful with me and talked over me. She said I couldn't get the discount that she told me i could have 4 minutes ago. She took something off my account that I had what I don't know and said it would take 15.00 off my bill by that time I was mad and I said fine. I will be looking for telephone services elsewhere. This is the first problem I have ever had. Everybody else that I have talked to has been really nice.

When money got very tight and was going to have my services disconnected, i reached out for a solution to my problem and they were very helpful in getting my phone bill down to a reasonable amount so i could keep my service as well being a long time customer !! they were very Helpful and Understanding !!

I thought I would like the Fiber optics

I like the Fiber optics, but I have had trouble with it most of the time. It locks up often and shuts down with "oh snap" a lot. I guess I'm not too happy with it!

In the end of March

In the end of March, I had a horrible car accident and it put me and my wife behind due to medical bills. But when I called kinetic to see what we could do to lower my plan, and was very understanding, they worked with me to help me out in this burden of time. I wouldn’t choose nobody else but kinetic. They have my business for life.
