Very good quality blind
Very good quality blind. My only slight problem was the chain cord pull was so stiff it took 2 of us to get it to work. Once we had managed to get it to work it has been fine.

Venetian blinds - Spot on!
Purchased 2 sets of Venetian blinds to cover my 2.6m wide front window- superb quality, made to measure and delivered within 2 days. If you're fitting them yourself be sure to watch the handy tutorials on their website - all hung and working with the hour.

Good customer service ook our measurements from the detailed…
Took our measurements from the detailed help sheet and found that the blinds we wanted(honeycomb perfect fit) did not give the depth we required. Telephoned the advice and within days the correct fittings were sent with the blinds arriving a couple of weeks later. Very good service. At half the price of a well known fitting company for essentially the same product, what's not to like.

Simple ordering process
Simple ordering process. Lots of choice. Kept updated and didn't have to wait long for delivery. My only gripe is that I wish they had displayed online wether you wanted the blind to be front roll or reverse roll. Mine came with the roll the wrong way for me personally. However got intouch with Janet at customer service . She was very helpful and sent me a video to do the roll the opposite way which was super easy. Other than that which was quite minor I would definitely use them again as the blind is fantastic quality.

Very impressed
Very impressed. Good communications from 247 and the blinds were dispatched on time. The worst part of it was measuring the windows, where the onus is on you to get it right. If the blinds don't fit, it'll be your fault not 247's, because the components measurements are spot-on. The blinds are replacing some from another supplier. The old ones had metal headers and footers which made them quite heavy. As a result, over time, the tops would drop by a centimetre. Also over time the plastic fittings became brittle and snapped off. However, 247's blinds have lightweight plastic fittings and simply clip on to side runners that you stick onto the glass, each side of the window. Installation was a breeze and they operate smoothly. My only concern is the unknown factor of the durability of the adhesive - might it eventually fail after a few years of summer sunlight and cold winter temperatures? That aside, we love them.
