Very nice hiring process
Pros: After being hired they said theyre going to update me on the date of training. After a few months they suddenly email me that im no longer hired. | Cons: Theyre going to hire so many agents even if they dont have clients in line yet then make them wait for months.

Pros: Good compensation and benefits package. Flexible working hours that support work–life balance. Diverse and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration. | Cons: Some tasks can become repetitive over time, which may limit opportunities for variety and creative problem-solving. While stability in processes is good, it can sometimes lead to a lack of fresh challenges and innovation.

Not permanent source of income
Pros: As long as you have a client, the company sees that you are cared for. | Cons: Once your client decides to part ways with the company, the VAs will be back to floating status with no pay until you land a new client. And regardless if you have earned additional pay with the client, that will be taken off when you get a new one. No compensation or whatsoever while waiting for a new client.

Avoid - Toxic Culture
Pros: Small business that has a unique mission serving the BPO space with offshore virtual assistants based in the Philippines | Cons: Family owned business (two sons and a father). Zero vision or career growth. Lack of structure or vision. Seems more like they utilize it as a personal piggy bank than an actual business. They sell you (I got sold) in the interview process on autonomy and growth potential, only to find out leadership leads with an iron fist, not open to improvement and hardly ever actually present. Overall lack of business work experience will unfortunately be the demise of what could be a fun mission.

Pros: Work from home, that's it | Cons: One of the worst bosses I've had. The management in recruitment are passive-aggresive and spreads negativity throughout the whole team. Also, clients are leaving, so you will wait forever for a client.

Disappointed
Pros: Great place to work. Very systematic! | Cons: Too much engagement. Great company and culture. Nina was amazing and so is the delivery team. I recently resigned due to concerns from my former manager wherein I felt my privacy was invaded and even my spouse’s posts in social media were questioned. I felt unsafe and unsecured that’s why I resigned - what more if I stayed longer in the company. Overall, RS is an amazing company. I’m only giving it a one-star because of my personal experience. Thanks!

My Review
Pros: Ms Mie of HR is very helpful and friendly. Great benefits and training esp for VA NEWBIES. | Cons: I wanted to reconcile and continue as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR to RS and asked help from IT but instead of helping me, they DELETED my work email without notifying me. Now, I am left hanging and waiting if I am still a part of my RS FAMILY or not anymore.
