Decent but reprehensible company

Pros: - Legit company that offers WFH (Work-From-Home) jobs. - Experienced VA applicants can expect fast initial interviews - They def match VAs with potential clients based on work experience, skills, etc | Cons: - There are often delays in salary release & the whole process of going back & forth with the assigned managers to payroll to different departments are tiresome & confusing - Supports from different departments are almost non-existent - No paid leave credits, no work-no pay system - Timekeeping system can be considered as a spyware even if its turned off, it still runs in the background long as your PC is on. - No salary increase/annual appraisal

Pros: -Work From Home That's it. As a VA, you get little to no support and the Managers rarely communicate with you. Makes you wonder why they charge such exorbitant fees to their clients when they literally do nothing once the staff is placed with their client. | Cons: -No Benefits -No Holidays -Late/ inconsistent pay -Incompetent managers

Pros: When you say it's not a good work environment, can you please be specific? I had the opportunity to work with one of Remote Staff’s clients two years ago, and I only have positive things to say about the company and the people. If I hadn't gotten married and become a housewife, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. | Cons: none that I can think of

The management team is always approachable and responsive, making us feel supported at all times | Cons: The company has many job openings at a given time which is why it can be competitive. Make sure to make your CV stand out and do a good interview with them and their clients so that you can pass with flying colors. For the detractors of Remote Staff—When you say “kickback” what do you mean? See, a kickback is a form of bribery where someone receives a payment or benefit in exchange for facilitating a transaction or providing a service. This payment is typically undisclosed and is meant to influence the actions of the recipient in a way that is unfair or corrupt. Do you have evidence to prove the corrupt practice? So far I haven’t experienced any corrupt practice while working with them.

Very Fair Company

Pros: Politics is natural and normal in any company, big or small. Moreso changes in policies, processes and way of doing things. Like any adaptable enterprise, change should always be expected and inevitable. This is necessary in order to stay competitive and provide jobs to a lot of people which I think Remote Staff has provided me and my family. I have been working in this company for the past 8 years under the same client. | Cons: Now in terms of the salary increases, a company is not obligated to give raises solely based on tenure. You may have worked at a company for a long time, but if you are not producing the expected results, you should not expect a raise. This is just being fair.
