Don't get involved unless you know how to sue people
Paddy power is a scam site. I've overwhelming evidence to prove it, however trustpilot doesn't let you upload screenshots or videos. I've been recording their roulette wheel for the past 3 days and every 15-30 minutes or so there's a series of pulls so astronomically unlikely it's ridiculous they've never been called out on it. However my main complaint is when you make money on the site they will block your ability to withdraw your money. They do this in the hopes if they lock you in a gambling addiction habit will make you lose the money before their "Verification process" can be resolved, but upon further investigation I've found this verification process is never resolved. There's people waiting 3 months to get their money and when they contact support support acts like it'll immediately rectified. I'm pursuing legal action against them to acquire my winnings and anyone who wants my help pursuing legal action against them contact me on discord at "dexample", hopefully if we can get 20 - 30 people together we can even get a class action lawsuit and end up on the news so we can bring these scammers down.

Here again ..! Last Saturday I made £20 deposit to play live Roulette as usual but the transaction was not finalised completely, so I did try again another £20 and the issue was still there …no credit balance to be able to play, the next day I checked my bank account balance and was showing that the two transactions went through and successfully completed, so I did contact Paddy Power explaining everything and as expected was not easy to get to the point of having my money back in credit , reason? Been told that the transaction were declined by my bank ! So I went back enquiring again with Nationwide and after a full day of talking and checking at the end the result was the same , transactions successfully completed, Paddy Power received the funds. After that I returned to question Paddy Power for more information and was so difficult to get anything for all those kind of advisors that do not even use any courtesy at all but instead of having good manners are trying to make things more difficult! I went back asking Nationwide for best advice and they suggested to contact the Fraud depth and let them sort out all, so I did that on Monday morning, then returned to Paddy Power and tried again to convince that the transaction was successfully completed but even so the answer was still there same …sorry but your bank declined all ? To be able to investigate and trust your saying they ask me to send proof of my bank statements showing that was no returned into my account the £40! How nice is that ? And the statements need to be in PDF clear showing the four corners page…..! The screenshot that I sent previously showing the payments of my bank to Paddy Power was not sufficient to trust and accept for asking the payments department to refund the money…. How nice is that also ? What kind of company is this with theirs own clients? Anyway to cut short the story on Monday later afternoon after my last talk with Paddy Power advising them that the Fraud department are in charge in due course for investigation……at the end after checking on their site the outstanding balance was returned as supposed to be in credit….No Apologies,instead lots of frustration and stress for about 3 days !! This is Paddy Power Company ……well done !!!

Not worth the husstle
Will never recommend this app or company to anyone. I won about 1000 euro and suddenly when I wanted to pay it out my account was suspended for verification. I hold accound with them for years and it was previously verified.. Everything would be fine but it's been over 2 weeks since I've submited documents and my account is still not verified.. To compare on Bet365 this was done within one day.. Now I've contacted them multiple times (I've spend hours waiting on their chat to be connected with operator) and none would tell me when my account will be reactivated.. Still waiting and once they activate my account I am withdrawing all funds and closing it.. I hope this company will be punished k e day for treating their customers this way..Ehen I wanted to deposit money there was no problem even when my account was suspended.. Thats a bit wierd.. anyway I am done with them.. BET365 thats the way to go !!!

Was pretty good when I used them but skybet who is now in the same brand as them incorrectly applied a self exclusion by mistake so paddy power self excluded me from them, I've shown them the email from skybet and they refuse to open my account back up even though they know it was an error on the skybet system which caused it, if you are a customer or thinking about being a customer be careful because even if its not your fault they will still ban your account, customer service is a joke.

Scam artists. Will happily take your money and then BS you for 'a problem with verifying your account'. Want you to upload a number of confidential documents but will still provide an error in verification. The so called customer services is thicker than 2 planks and will not refund your deposit. Stay away from this fraud gambling site. If you get a kick out of gambling your money away, might as well play a 'cash game' from the PlayStore

Stay away from this bloody crooked site. Do not play Luckypants slingo, it's another blatantly crooked slot. Blackjack is blatantly crooked without a doubt. Played 6 hands, doubled up twice got 20, dealer got 21 in 6 cards, then unbelievable got a 21 on 7 effing cards,(NEVER EVER SEEN THIS BEFORE) how the hell is this possible unless its crooked 100%. Didn't win a hand ,stopped playing after this, will never ever play on this bloody ever again, . I play blackjack on other sites, have never seen a 6 card 21 , let alone a 7 card 21.what are the odds of this happening ?? Commiting very serious and illegal…
Commiting very serious and illegal fraud, must be investigated and potentially shut down for disobeying british law to try steal money. I deposited in here, won abit of money and withdrew it, they locked my account without sending my funds and made me upload passport, id, 3 proofs of adress and spend hours talking to an agent who continued making excuses, oh we don't accept nhs letter, oh we don't accept dvla letter, oh letter must be dated, oh your passport is expired, litterally any excuse they can to try steal MY MONEY. It is illegal to steal a players fair winnings and deposits yet they seem to think they can act above the law, the agent actually tried saying to me we can see you've withdrawn more than you deposited as if it some justification for theft. I then after hours of scrambling round the house and surrendering all my personal data to these crooks still have a locked account that hasn't been unlocked, they gave no reason for locking and I have give them everything to unlock the account but they won't, I am an ill person dealing with a serious chronic disease and I've had to endure days of stress just over getting my money returned. They have illegally acted on several occasions and I have recorded the chat, there aim to find any identity document I couldnt provide to keep my money and even when I do they continue to imprison it. I am going to sue these people for mental damages and stress and report them to all official authorities who can take action against them, they think they can disregard British law and abuse vulnerable customers. Absaloutle wronguns.
