Toxic Leadership and Favoritism Undermine Company Potential
Pros: The company does have an impressive portfolio of business partnerships and high-profile clientele, which could provide valuable exposure for employees. | Cons: This was by far the most disappointing work experience of my career. Employee treatment is inconsistent, and morale is extraordinarily low due to favoritism and instability stemming from the highest level of leadership. The senior leadership team is primarily composed of family members and friends, which has created a work environment that lacks professionalism and accountability. The "Chief People Officer" does not demonstrate the experience or strategic mindset needed to strengthen the workforce. Additionally, there is a significant lack of accountability at this level, with frequent shifting of blame and responsibility onto others instead of addressing issues and employee concerns constructively, which further exacerbates workplace challenges.

Don’t believe the reviews of “current” employees
Pros: An actual 9-5 role with an hour lunch. Easy to disappear during the day and take a few breaks because everyone appears to be “busy.” Nice, new facility. | Cons: So you mean to tell me that the majority of 5-star reviews from “current” employees working for this company have NO Cons to post about this organization at all? As a former employee, I see right through what they are trying to do with their fake reviews and let me tell you that the company has the most toxic work culture. There is Terrible direction from indecisive leadership and a culture that is promoted as “caring” when it is all smoke and mirrors. The pay and compensation is low. There is a huge Lack of human connection from management of any at all from them. Overly excessive workload that demands your complete attention even after hours and/or the change and needs of their plans and projects that are not thought out properly. No work/life balance (see above). You will not be able to enjoy time off or your PTO time. Expect to be bothered on vacation, holidays, and after hours with the most innate demands. If you do not comply, you will be scolded. You will be undervalued and micro-management from the overly demanding President and CEO. They will make you feel unsupported and invaluable, even when you have more knowledges in your role then they ever will. The COO is nonexistent and knows nothing about operations or supporting roles. There is no career advancement. The CEO is rude and speaks to people as if they are dumb. He curses like a sailor. The rest of management team will run you into the ground. There is no communication no direction no problem solving and no leadership qualities or skills from the President, CFO, and COO. Very cut-throat environment and NOBODY IS HAPPY WORKING THERE AT ALL!!!
