Pros: Hit Rate Solutions has been in business for over 10 years. The employees that make up the Hit Rate team are hard working and have built a community to grow both personally and professionally. | Cons: Hit Rate Solutions has a start-up mentality and works tirelessly to deliver on customer and employee expectations. It is not a billion dollar company and keeps it scrappy mentality which may not be for everyone.

Pros: I joined this company after graduating from a training center. They were fair and invested in training to help me in my job. I stayed for about a year before moving to Manila. I enjoyed my time at this company. | Cons: Add a few more perks for employees on site. Other than that everything else was fine.

Great Experience
Pros: I worked there for a short time before having to leave for personal reasons. It was a great experience and I have no complaints. Management was helpful and colleagues were eager to help as well. | Cons: There was a construction project going on at the time while they updated their facilities. It was a little distracting and we had to shuffle around a little bit but not a big deal.
