SCAM Company, cannot cancel contract, fake charges
This is without doubt the worst company my business has had to deal with, the people who work in customer service are actually very helpful and polite but the business itself is horrific. The service was installed wrongly and it took them months to sort out the issue and then wanted to bill me for fixing their own mistake?? Every single month without exception they add unexplained charges to our bill and I have to call up to get them taken off, after a few months I asked to cancel the service which they then informed me the cancellation fee is near £5000!! none of which was explained to me when taking out the service. I have done all I can do including getting written confirmation the contract will not auto renew and I get the same issues again, and I will continue to phone up every month to get the invoices corrected. I will never set up another contract with this scam company again.

Robbie was very personable and honest…
Robbie was very personable and honest during our onboarding call. If he didn't quite know the solution to something, but was prompt in emailing through the solution after the call. Constructive feedback: Coming from someone who has never been exposed to telecomms terminology, it felt a bit rushed and I wasn't entirely sure what was being referred to at points due to my lack of understanding of telecomms systems and language.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. Promised CRM integration that never materialised, despite repeated assurances. Communication was consistently poor, with responses taking weeks or not coming at all. This caused unnecessary stress and cost to our small business. Been a year now of fighting them. Would not recommend, stay away.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time, unless you enjoy listening to on hold music and being ignored. First line support are a friendly bunch but our account manager is nowhere to be found. We've been without a handset for two weeks and cant even get a call back with a quote for a replacement handset. Save yourself the headache and go with a smaller local company who can provide good service!

Fantastic Support and Aftersales Team
Fantastic Support Team, very knowledgeable and go into great details. Also provided us with personalised training manuals and recordings of sessions for future reference. Big thank you to Robbie Holland who has led the training and was very patient with our inquiries as the system was completely new to us and therefore needed time to understand how it worked. Also big thank you to Azer Zahid who has listened to our requirements and created a package that suited our needs.

Poor support experience during new FTTP installation – unresolved complaint
We recently had a new FTTP service installed with Focus Group and unfortunately the support experience has been very disappointing. The router they initially supplied (a DrayTek 2927) didn’t work, but no real troubleshooting was carried out to check the configuration. Instead of investigating, it was immediately labelled as “faulty” and we were left without internet for five working days while waiting for a replacement. Requested an urgent engineering call on the Thursday to check the router settings while logged in locally, but the earliest appointment offered was the following Monday. In the meantime, there was no proactive support, no updates, and no follow-up once the replacement router eventually arrived and service was restored. A detailed complaint was submitted on 29/11, but the online portal shows it was closed on 2nd December without any response or resolution. Still waiting for someone to actually address the points raised. Disappointing overall, especially for a business FTTP service where timely support and technical troubleshooting should be standard.

Avoid like the plague
Since day one, the broadband has been unreliable to non existent. I believe the router is faulty, but they now want to charge £90 + vat for a new one. As it hasn’t worked properly since we got it, I would have expected a free replacement. Am banging my head against a brick wall with customer services. I am losing ££££’s in lost revenue.

Training on phone system
The gentleman was very thorough and clearly knew the system well. There was a lot of information to take in which I found difficult but this was no reflection on the gentleman training.
