Avoid This Company...RUN!! High Expectations, Very Low Pay

Pros: I liked some of my co-workers. | Cons: High Turnover: Within my first month of getting hired, 3-4 employees were quitting, then people just kept dropping and dropping. This company has a huge turnover rate and this is something the clients we work for has noticed as well, and they are turned off by it. The clients will get about 4-5 new assistants within a few months due to the huge turnover rate. They will also fire you when you least expect it. Smile in your face and say you're doing great all week, and fire you on a Friday. Micro-Managing: We have to log every single thing we do into this timesheet software, and you will have your manager tracking this too (without you knowing, until they direct message you asking why your hours are so low, and want to have meetings with you to ask the same thing). They expect 6+ hours to be logged in a day, meaning they want you literally glued to your computer. Clients: They will throw new clients at you back to back, and will ask you if you are overwhelmed (if you say yes, they will act concerned and still keep throwing new clients at you). With these new clients you have to get used to their company, the way they want things, daily assignments, weekly assignments, email management, projects, travel, personal tasks, different personalities, etc. It's a lot to keep up with. Low Pay, High Expectations: Just expect to work hardddd, I mean work as if you are making $70-80,000 annually, but you are literally making half of that amount. PTO: A joke. I rarely took time off because I knew if I did, I would come back the next day to all kinds of problems, new clients, etc. So, I've literally had anxiety the whole time while working at Delegate. One of my co-workers literally kept getting sick because she was very overwhelmed. Bottom Line: You deserve better. I didn't even get into every single detail because I will be here writing all day... but yeah, 10/10 I do not recommend.

It has been wonderful working with Lish & Leah this past year. They have helped clear out my inbox, organize daily task lists and meeting agendas, and helped ensure we're remaining efficient and nothing slips through the cracks while we juggle multiple projects and timelines. In addition to daily projects and tasks, they coordinated our frequent travel and developed itineraries that made our trips smooth from A to Z.
