About Andiamo-group
The Andiamo! Group is a San Francisco-based recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with client companies, particularly in the U.S. technology sector. For employers, they solve the challenge of critical position staffing by managing the entire hiring process—from candidate sourcing and resume review to interviews and offer extension—leveraging over 19 years of experience to deliver quality placements. For candidates, they act as an established intermediary, providing the necessary visibility, coaching, and guidance to secure careers with leading tech firms, bypassing the lengthy and often unsuccessful process of mass job applications. By representing both the talent and the hiring company, Andiamo! Group aims to eliminate the massive time and effort typically spent on hiring, ensuring a successful match for integral roles and offering referral bonuses as part of their program.

Could be better
Pros: Easy to get ahold of. | Cons: This is a staffing company that bigger companies route through. They don't help you in with finding contracts or anything though, you do the searching yourself.

Hard work pays; Absorb and follow the playbook = Success.
Pros: -The opportunity to make life-changing money. -Guidance and mentorship from leadership and senior recruiters. -Comprehensive 1:1 training program w/ shadowing and coaching. -Fully remote WFH company which allows for better work-life balance. -A CEO who is 100% invested in your success and the success of the company. | Cons: -WFH can feel like working on an island at times -Not enough emphasis on building/maintaining a culture -Agency recruiting, in general, is a grind, but very rewarding.

Best company to work with
Pros: I have been working with Andiamo for more than 3 years. CEO & Partners are pretty cooperative and transparent with their employees. Best place to work if you believe in your talent. If you are looking for the best company in US Staffing, I highly recommend Andiamo! group. | Cons: So far so good so no Cons to highlight as such.

Sr. Recruiter
Pros: Boss knows his stuff and there's a reason why so many recruiters that got their start here have gone on to amazing companies. The approach to actually care about your candidates, your clients, and the impact you are making is refreshing. This is the perfect environment if you are a go getter, willing to listen and soak everything in, and wants to help people out. | Cons: A small company that's never been able to truly grow beyond 20-30 employees, as leadership will try ideas but may not always stick with them or know how to implement them. This smaller size has worked well to a point however.

Not for the slackers
Pros: Flat organization, everyone works hard to achieve goals | Cons: Sales cycles are long and you have to be patient and very okay with constant change to competition in the market
