Cable Company
Pros: I learned a lot at this job, how to get customers cable service back up and running. My managers were very nice and they paid well. They had hours and it seemed like every week they had luncheons for the employees. After being referred here by another employee after returning to my home state. It was worth it! Atmosphere was nice it was a great place to work lots of young men and women no drama. Just a fun place when it was open, I was there 2018 a pretty good while ago. | Cons: The pay came from over sees so many employees had problems with getting paid. We had meetings whenever that happens to assure they’d get paid. It was a very fast paced job on the phone answering calls it’s not for everyone. That was the biggest issue it was in Tamarc too the nicer part of the city in FTL.

Worst Company
Pros: There’s is no pros at all! This is the worst company i ever worked for. | Cons: Worst company and worst management ever, They don’t have local anymore and they just put you in a room at a Super Mall. Training is like they are improvising without knowing anything. Always have issues with payment, claims can take weeks before they finally decide to fix situation, lower incentives than any other companies. No benefits! No gifts for employees

Pros: the best facilities and infrastructure in Dominican Republic | Cons: management break every Dominican Republic Labor laws they can, specially, Paid time off, severance and unemployment benefits, the best way to survive is to never be promoted since they will not change your title to official to prevent in the case of dismissal have to pay taxes and unemployment benefits accordingly IF THEY DECIDE TO PAY THEM.

Pros: They teach you how to do your job as best as possible. They have an excellent work environment. They promote from within. | Cons: Sometimes your job is not rewarded as it should. Even as they develop and promote from within, they don’t usually get comfortable talking about a raise or bonuses.
